*COST COVERAGE:
  • 1.The shipping fees will be paid by Tiexue Junke if the quality issue was caused by the product itself.

FOOTWEAR AFTERSALES DETAILS:

VALID DATE FOR THE FOOTWEAR WARRANTY:

The customer can refund for the shoes within in 7 days after the purchased date of product. (The date recorded on the receipt) The full-gain leather sport shoes have three month warranty for replacement. The general sport shoes have one moth warranty for replacement.

  • 1)Refund: within 7 days after purchased the product, if the shoes is not fit for foots.
  • 2)Return: Free replacement for the following situation:
    • 1)Fracturing on any part of the shoes (such as outsole, upper or heel). The customer can request for the replacement.
    • 2)The package of the footwear product should maintain clean and tidy.
    • 3)Please keep the wrap with product and return it back to us.
  • 3)Repair: When using the product within the warranty time, it appears tackles, off-line, heel abscission, the customer can request a free repair. If the product is no long in warranty time, we will charge for the repair and returning fees.
